About Takshila
Takshila is building a peer-to-peer co-fabrication platform that connects buyers, designers, and artisans to create personalized products together from jewelry to furniture. We're reimagining commerce by empowering creators, preserving craftsmanship, and making bespoke manufacturing accessible through technology.
We're an early-stage startup, which means the way we work looks different from a typical internship. There's no rigid playbook handed to you you're given a clear goal, context on why it matters, and the ownership to figure out how to get there. We care about outcomes, not hours logged or scripts followed. If you have a better way to run a campus event or grow the community, we want you to run with it, not wait for sign-off on every step.
This independence comes with real trust and real responsibility. You'll have direct access to the founding team, your ideas will actually shape how the ambassador program evolves, and your results not your seniority will decide how far you go with us. It's a chance to work the way founders do: self-directed, resourceful, and accountable for impact.
